Nike x sacai Cortez 4.0 is designed with a double-layering similar to the LDWaffle, Blazer and VaporWaffle collabs. This pair is crafted with leather panelling and is enhanced with two Swoosh logos on the sides. Underneath, a visible Zoom Air in the forefoot completes the design.
